Miso Baked Tilefish

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
1.5 lbs. tilefish fillet
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons miso (white, NOT sweet)
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon tamari
1 tablespoon fresh ginger (peeled & minced)
1 small clove of garlic, minced
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Coat fish with salt and lemon juice. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix miso, honey, tamari, ginger, and garlic so that it becomes a paste. Spread evenly over fish.
Bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes, then finish under broiler for 5-7 minutes.
